REFUNDS

All sales are final, and no refund will be issued.All Sales, including but not limited to retail products, services, packages, gift cards are final and non-refundable. All packages/promotions purchased must be used within 12 months of the purchase date. Any unused packages or services after 12 months of purchase are forfeited. Arizona Health & Wellness Clinic reserves the right to refuse service or treatment at any time. This policy is subject to change at Arizona Health & Wellness Clinic’s discretion.
